About Me

I am a cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist and counsellor interested in teaching clients to become the best versions of themselves. I believe that changes are possible if we are blessed enough to encounter the right teacher at the right time.

I believe our mind, body and soul are one, and when supporting clients, I always try to look at them as a unique microcosm in continuous motion, able to learn, change and readapt. I nurture a sincere interest in discovering the inner child within my clients, as I believe that whatever we struggle with today has developed there, therefore my mission is to enable my clients to act as the adult their inner child needed.

I was born and raised in Italy, where I qualified as a Modern Languages and Cultures teacher. I moved to London first and then Edinburgh where I started to teach Italian in colleges and universities.

Approach

'I believe in the transformative power of finding the right support at the right time. My approach is holistic, viewing the mind, body, and soul as interconnected. I see each client as a unique individual, capable of growth, change, and adaptation. With a deep focus on inner child work, I help clients explore how early experiences shape present struggles, empowering them to become the nurturing adult their inner child needed.

While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is my core approach, I tailor my methods to meet each client’s personal needs and goals. My background as an expat, and my experience working with people from diverse cultures and religions, allows me to offer culturally sensitive and inclusive support. I embrace diversity and believe in celebrating our differences as a source of strength. '

Fees

Online Appointments £60 per 1 hour

In-person Appointments £70 per 1 hour

Concessions are available for students and those with low income.

 

Location

I work from the Life Academy Wellbeing Centre at 3B Greenhill Park, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh EH10 4DW. The Centre is situated in a transport hub and is easily accessible by bus or car. Free, private parking is available on request.
