About Me

I am a cognitive behavioural therapist and counsellor, who empowers clients to become the best version of themselves, believing that changes are possible if we are blessed enough to encounter the right counsellor at the right time.

I believe our mind, body and soul are one, and when supporting clients, I always try to look at them as a unique microcosm in continuous motion, able to learn, change and readapt. I nurture a sincere interest in discovering the inner child within my clients, as I believe that whatever we struggle with today it has developed there, therefore my mission is to enable my clients to act as the adult their inner child needed.

I have a strong interest in supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, drawing from my personal life and my clinical experience, but also my research background. My work has included facilitating group sessions and exploring the impact of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in group settings to support couples facing infertility-related challenges. I understand the complex emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties that come with this journey and strive to provide practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients manage stress, cope with uncertainty, and strengthen their resilience.

Approach

I provide tailored counselling sessions to support individuals and couples navigating the emotional and psychological challenges of infertility, but also life in general. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I adapt to each client’s unique needs, helping them manage stress, cope with uncertainty, and strengthen resilience. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, I create a supportive space to explore emotions, improve coping strategies, and foster a sense of control throughout their journey. Being someone who has chosen to live abroad and having met and loved people from different background and religions, I am open and competent in supporting ethnic minorities, specific religious groups, I understand and welcome diversity, strongly believing that be diverse is powerful and must be praised and encouraged.
